The video included French President Emanuel Macron with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Rumors quickly began to spread that Macron possessed cocaine after he quickly grabbed a crumpled-up tissue. Others speculated that Merz tried to cover a straw or a spoon. Following this news story, Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova was quick to respond to the news.
