Two men in suits wearing horned masks share a candlelit dinner and toast at a wooden table.

Speaker Daniel Perez (The John Thune of Florida) and all florida house Republicans are enemies of we the People.

As most Floridian know Governor DeSantis called a special legislative session to deal with 3 particular issues that conservatives in Florida were pushing for. When we say Conservatives, we are not talking about establishment republicans and Rinos but the heart of MAGA and those of us who believe in the movement which is to return power to We the People.

The three issues were to redraw Florida’s national house districts to accommodate the significant population increase in Florida since Covid, to pass an AI Bill of Rights to protect our children’s vulnerability and to pass much needed medical freedom and vaccine mandate reforms.

While the legislature passed the bill to redraw districts which received national attention Perez gaveled out the other two bills. He proclaimed that not one house member drafted legislation on these matters. This is not a surprise to us as most all of Tallahassee legislature appears to be captured by their donors. They get money from the big tech and big pharma oligarchs and companies. In Perez’s case there appear to be interesting ties to Marc Andreessen who recently endorsed Perez. Andreessen’s PC has given Donald’s campaign $5 million.

Shame on Brevard Reps Brian Hodgers, Monique Miller, Tyler Sirois, Chase Tramont and Robert Bracket for not introducing legislation or not going to the sticks and raising a fuss about what Perez did. Ask yourself why they did nothing? We believe it is because they are captured by their donors, do not have spines and with primary season upon us they do not want Perez supporting a primary challenger.

Did you know that the Florida Senate passed the AI bill of rights overwhelmingly again 37-1 only to have Perez stop it in the house. We believe the Senate would have also passed the medical freedom bill but when Perez killed it there was no need to pursue it.

These are actions that hurt We the People but Perez and his captured foot soldiers in the house could care less. We the People let them get away with this bullshit because the vast majority of Floridians are not paying attention. My fellow Floridians it’s time to wake up. Every single republican in the house needs to be primaried.

Our view is simple Danny Perez is the John Thune of Florida! We applaud the actions taken by Stand4HealthFL who seek via a public records request all communications from Perez relating to medical freedom. (see below).

Governor DeSantis correctly said “Voters elected Republicans to protect freedom against both the Big Tech cartel and the medical industrial complex. Yet, when given the chance to deliver for their constituents, not a single Republican House member could even be bothered to file a bill,” DeSantis wrote. “Typical political shenanigans.” He is 100% right.

So our advice is get in the fight and pay attention. Below is an article from the Floridian Press

Gov. Ron DeSantis criticized House Speaker Danny “Daniel” Perez (R-Miami) and members of the House Legislature for not filing any bills related to artificial intelligence regulations and expanded vaccine exemptions in a social media post this week.

“Voters elected Republicans to protect freedom against both the Big Tech cartel and the medical industrial complex. Yet, when given the chance to deliver for their constituents, not a single Republican House member could even be bothered to file a bill,” DeSantis wrote. “Typical political shenanigans.”

Speaker Perez indicated no bills on AI or vaccines would be taken up while speaking on the House floor during Florida’s Special Legislative Session on Monday. Notably, Gov. Ron DeSantis and Perez have had a tense relationship in the past, including over immigration issues and the state budget.

“There are, of course, other issues contained in the call. However, there were no bills filed on these policies prior to the start of this special session,” Perez said. “Consequently, we will not be taking up those issues.”

The Florida Senate passed an AI Bill of Rights to provide consumer protections and safeguards for vulnerable adults and children against the growing threat of AI during the 2026 Florida Legislative Session in March. However, it did not receive a vote in the House, with Speaker Perez arguing that AI regulation should be handled at the federal level under President Donald Trump.

Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the state would work with the Florida Legislature on an AI Bill of Rights in December 2025. DeSantis has also called for a “medical freedom” bill that would create an exemption from school-required vaccinations for children by allowing parents to opt out of any mandate.

Neither looks like it’s happening.
