RPOF’s Coup Against the hard working Brevard republican Executive Committee MAGA Patriots in Brevard County.
Last night the Brevard Republican Executive Committee (BREC) had a special meeting to determine the appropriate membership roster to be used for the election of a new chairman.
By way of background, last month the Republican Party’s of Florida Leadership removed two county chairs. Dave Kalin from Charlotte County and Rick Lacey from Brevard County. Lacey was removed essentially in our opinion because he is true Patriot and MAGA and the Republican Party Power Brokers in Tallahassee do not want REC’s supporting the People’s Agenda but only their Donor Overlords Agenda. Lacey’s crimes? Well let’s start with the fact that every Republican in Brevard County won every race and by historically large margins. Let that sink in! The hard working BREC members busted their asses for Republican candidates. So what did they get? They got spanked as the corrupt RPOF (with the help of Randy Fine who they apparently sent on a mission to remove Lacey- see his Facebook post from today below), worked to remove Lacey and disenfranchise the members of the BREC.
So back to the meeting. Last night’s special meeting was called for one reason and one reason only. To determine what was the appropriate membership roster to use to vote for the new Chairman. The RINO CABAL lead by Fine was claiming the roster as of December 24, 2024 was the right membership roster to use. Patriots in the BREC saw exactly what this was. It was another attempt to elect a RINO/Donor class puppet chair to replace Lacey. In 2024 with what we believe was the beginning of the coup against Lacey, the CABAL got approximately 100 people to run for open committeeman and committeewoman seats. So, 100 people filled out paperwork and got elected without challengers for the sole purpose of having enough votes to dump Lacey in December of 2024 when he ran for chair again. They showed up for the election but Lacey had enough Patriot support to win the election handily.
What happened next was that the CABAL coup was exposed, most all those new BREC members orchestrated in by the CABAL were not showing up for meetings or doing any work that BREC members normally do. So. in accordance with RPOF rules many of them were removed from the membership roster during 2025. The CABAL was trying to get them all reinstated so they could vote at the election for the new chair to replace Lacey.
Well, it did not work. Last night the BREC voted overwhelmingly 113 to 38 to use the existing roster to vote for the new chair to replace Lacey. So, the special purpose meeting was adjourned.
Within moments of the adjournment BREC members started receiving texts and emails and their way home noting that an actual meeting had taken place that evening and a new Chair and State Committeeman had been elected. 158 members checked in to vote on the membership roster. 151 voted. 7 did not.
What no one knew at that time was that as these votes were being counted we believe that Randy Fine, Marie Rogerson (BREC state Committeewoman), Randy Stackhouse (BREC Secretary), John Dittmore, John Thomas and Josiah Gattle and possibly one or two more members conducted their own preplanned, locked and loaded meeting to elect Dittmore as the new Chairman and Gattle as the new State Committeeman to replace Fine.
Imagine this 6 to 8 people disenfranchising all the other BREC members! Ruthless and Heartless at a minimum. Anything to control MAGA.
You think this is far fetched? Look at what Fine said this morning!
FINE FACEBOOK POST
Tonight, I resigned as State Committeeman of the Republican Party of Florida, a position I was asked to run for by RPOF Chairman Evan Power. The mission has been accomplished! I want to congratulate my newly elected replacement, Josiah Gattle. I also want to congratulate new County Chairman John Dittmore who was also elected tonight!
As you can see above Fine admits he was asked to run to disrupt the BREC. Crystal clear from his own words!
Power and Fine went MAGA hunting again!
Now take a look at what RPOF Chair Evan Power and master lobbyst for We the Money wrote to Acting BREC Chairman Dave Fosdick this morning!

We have received minutes and election results
If there is a dispute that would go through the grievance process.
In meantime I look forward to working with the Brevard REC to unify and build a committee that will help elect Republicans up and down the ballot

Just look at this! It proves Power was in the loop. Power, Fine and Rogerson orchestrated all of this! They planned the selection. They set a trap and disenfranchised the vast majority of all the members of the BREC. The message is clear….work and invest your time electing our republicans we select…do not think…..do what we say without question! And last but least you really have no voice or say in the Republican Party of Florida!
Lastly look at this communication that went out last night as the meeting ended….All prepacked with RPOF selections made! orchestrated by Evan Power and Randy Fine….carried out by henchmen Fine, Dittmore, Gattle, Rogerson, Stackhouse and perhaps a few others. Disgusting! Corrupt! But not unexpected! Patriots disenfranchised. God is watching and so are we!
What struck us more than anything is what they were and are projecting on Rick Lacey the Former Chairman what they in fact do! It is disgusting and false. This is what they are! All RINOS! We see this and our question is do you?
Remember we have been reporting on the RPOF’s corruption and the influence Political Committees, Dark Money, Corporate Donors have over them all year.
PREPACKED ENDING DOCUMENT

BREC WELCOMES NEW CHAIRJohn Dittmore Elected ChairJosiah Gattle replaces Randy Fine as State Committeeman 2026 Budget Passes Committees & Chairs Approved Emergency Bylaws Resolution Passes Grievance Policy Adopted No Meeting in December ![]() The Brevard Republican Executive Committee has elected John Dittmore as its new County Chairman during a duly-called election meeting held on November 24, 2025. The meeting was convened to fill the vacancy created by the removal of former Chairman Rick Lacey, in accordance with the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Rules of Procedure, the RPOF County Model Constitution, and the BREC Bylaws. Chairman Dittmore was welcomed warmly by the RPOF Executive Director. Chairman Dittmore brings to the role decades of public service and leadership experience, including:U.S. Navy veteranRetired police officer for the City of Canton, OhioFormer West Melbourne City Council Member (2018–2024)Business owner and insurance agentPresident of the Hammock Lakes Homeowners AssociationLife member of VFW Post 4206 and active member of the Fraternal Order of PoliceChair of BREC’s Audit Committee “I am honored to have been elected,” said chairman Dittmore. “Brevard County deserves a strong Republican Party that is transparent and accountable. I look forward to working with our members, volunteers, and elected officials to advance conservative principles and deliver results for our community.” The chairman committed to serve in the position for only one year until the next leadership election in December 2026. He will not seek re-election. His stated goal for the next year is to “right the ship.” Given the former chair was removed for financial improprieties, rules violations, and causing party division, chairman Dittmore has emphasized keeping clean books, abiding by the rules, and avoiding conflict with elected Republicans in the county. Members of the BREC executive board who were close to the disgraced former chair attempted to subvert the legitimate reinstatement of members and violated multiple rules trying to hold an improper meeting in place of the election. Despite the establishment’s failed attempt to continue their corruption and hold on to power, the election proceeded legally and without incident. If Vice Chair Dave Fosdick had followed the rules none of this would not have been possible. Read the rules surrounding the meeting here. Read the election press release here. RANDY FINE RESIGNS JOSIAH GATTLEELECTED AS NEW STATE COMMITTEEMAN ![]() During the same meeting, State Committeeman Randy Fine formally resigned his position. Josiah Gattle was elected to fill the vacancy. Josiah brings the following experience to his new role:Chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus of BrevardFormer President of the Space Coast Young RepublicansRegional Director of the Young Republicans National FederationSpace Coast Economic Development CommissionBrevard County Redistricting CommitteeRockledge Board of Adjustment and Business Development Committee“This role allows me to amplify the voices of conservative voters.” noted Gattle. “I will work hard to represent the grassroots activists of our party who believe in Making America Great Again through fiscal responsibility and limited government.”Josiah also serves as the District 2 chair. Since the district chairs do not hold voting rights on the executive board he is allowed to hold both positions simultaneously. We want to thank Congressman Fine for his decade of service to Brevard County and our Republican Executive Committee. At Chairman Evan Power’s request, Congressman Fine ran for State Committeeman last year to help fix the culture of corruption and infiltration of Democrats by the former chair. While he intended to serve his full term, the unexpected call by President Trump for him to run for Congress has sent him in a different direction. We appreciate Randy having stayed in the role to get us through the transition. Not many people have gone 11-0 in Brevard elections and as he fully leaves Brevard politics, we’ll be cheering as he continues supporting our President. Since Congressmen are members of the RPOF State Executive Committee, we look forward to continuing to work with him there. 2026 OPERATIONAL BUDGET PASSES Treasurer Randy Stackhouse prepared and presented a draft budget for 2026 operating expenses. The budget was reviewed and adopted allowing operations such as space rental for meetings and fundraising to continue uninterrupted during the leadership transition. 2026 COMMITTEES APPROVEDWasting no time, chairman Dittmore presented a list of proposed committees and their chairs for approval. The list was reviewed and adopted as listed below.FundraisingChair: Dave NeumanMembershipChair: Olivia GregVice Chair: Jade ZalewskiSecretary: Amanda WathenVoter RegistrationChair: Mike WilsonCommunicationsChair: Randy StackhouseBylaws, Rules, and Grievances Chair: Marie RogersonCandidate/CampaignChair: Josiah Gattle EMERGENCY RESOLUTION A member requested unanimous consent to consider the emergency resolution below regarding the unenforceability of certain BREC Bylaw provisions that conflict with the governing documents of the Republican Party of Florida.“Resolved, that the Brevard Republican Executive Committee recognizes that the highlighted sections of the BREC Bylaws are unenforceable because they conflict with the Republican Party of Florida governing documents, which supersede local bylaws pursuant to Article XII of the County Model Constitution.”There being no objection, the resolution was taken up and approved. A copy of the Bylaws reflecting areas of conflict in alignment with the resolution can be found here. GRIEVANCE POLICY ADOPTEDDuring the meeting a grievance policy modeled after other Florida REC’s was adopted.
