Editorial – The Republican Primary in Brevard County and Republican Election interference and Fraud.

With the primary now in the books all Republicans should move forward and support the Republican primary winners in the general election in November. Many of the campaigns were heated but it is time to reconcile and move forward together. Today we need to talk about everything that happened in this primary election. We do this in our Editorial – The Republican Primary in Brevard County and Republican Election Interference and Fraud.

Ultramagapatriots.com and the America First Conservative Coalition of Brevard County endorsed the following candidates. Rick Scott for Senator, John Hearton for Florida 8 Congressional seat, Katie Delaney and Kim Atkinson for County Commission seats, Matt Susin and John Thomas for School Board seats, Tim Bobanic for Brevard SOE, Lisa Cullan for Brevard Tax Collector and Wayne Twiddy for Brevard State Committeeman. Seven of our endorsed candidates won and two lost their races. We are proud of the job all of our candidates did.

Now that the primary races are over many questions must be raised and answered.

Question 1 – What are we going to do as Republicans about the fraudulent mailers that were sent out by Make America Great Again P.C. of 133 Harbor Drive S #133, Venice FL 34285. We all want clean elections. We now know that our side engages in election interference and election fraud. Are we any better than the Dems? I would say no if we do not hold the perpetrators of this election interference and fraud accountable. We call on the leadership of the Brevard Republican Executive Committee and Chair Lacey again to pursue this and join with other counties in Florida that were the recipients of this interference in suing this PAC and holding them accountable. We also call on our own Sheriff Wayne Ivey to investigate this matter. We call on our Supervisor of Elections Tim Bobanic to pursue this as well. Lastly, we ask the Election Integrity Committee of Brevard Republican Executive Committee to issue a full report on this matter.

Question 2 – What are the candidates who benefitted from this misleading and fraudulent mailer going to do about this. We call on each of the winners to denounce this fraud and support efforts to hold this PAC accountable. It clearly is the right thing to do. Will any of them do this? We hope so because it is a test of their integrity, as well as a test to determine are they beholding to “We the Money” or “We the People!

Question 3 – If you follow the money in these campaigns we raise the question, should we push for legislation in Florida to change its campaign finance laws to allow politicians to use Political Action Committees (PACS) but limit the donations from donors to $500. Years ago, when Mike Haridopolos was the Florida Senate President the law was changed from $500 per donor to unlimited amounts per donor. If you are MAGA you want “We the People” candidates not We the Money candidates. This one law substantially prevents “We the People” candidates from competing. We ask Mike Haridopolos and our state representatives to lead this effort to help restore elections to We the People and not to We the Money. Seriously think of all the damage that donors providing unlimited money to PACs does to We the People. This is clearly pay to play or better put how we get captured politicians.
