Today we are sounding the alarm in Brevard County that SB180 should and must be stopped. We are calling on the citizens of Brevard to light up their county commissioners and tell them Brevard must join this legal suit. Every Brevard Senator and Representative to Tallahassee voted for this bill. Remember this vote come primary time! Let’s hope the County Commissioners of Brevard have more backbone than our representatives in Tallahassee. Patriots we must fight to stop overdevelopment and to preserve home rule. Tallahassee fooked We the People! Will our Republican Brevard County Commission stand with developers and We the Money and do the same thing!

As a member of the Lake County Commission, I SUPPORT our county joining the lawsuit to challenge Senate Bill 180 as unconstitutional & invalid on several grounds. SB 180 will cause serious damage to Florida & result in MASSIVE sprawl unless defeated or repealed. We will be voting to join the legal effort at our August 26 county commission meeting.
