This November an exceedingly deceptive and ungodly Constitutional Amendment will be on the ballot in Florida.

The Ballot title is:  Amendment to Limit Government Interference with Abortion

The Ballot Language is:  The following language would be added to the state of Florida constitution: Except as provided in Article X, Section22, no law shall prohibit, penalize, delay or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s health care provider.

Ballot Summary is:  No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s health care provider. This amendment does not change the Legislature’s constitutional authority to require notification to a parent or guardian before minor has an abortion.
