A PATRIOT’S PERSONAL THOUGHTS ON ABORTION
Remember when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Roe Vs Wade abortion law? The court did not prohibit abortions. The individual states have taken up this issue as was intended from the start as this is a states’ issue. As a matter of fact, there have been more abortions now after the court’s decision than before their ruling.
I have a personal reason for taking up this issue. I am pro-life. My wife and I adopted two boys from their infancy. But for the courage of two high school teenage girls to carry these children to term, we would have missed the joy of parenthood. Our sons are now middle aged and when together, it is enjoyable reliving their youth and all the activities we shared. I am not in a position to judge any woman who elects an abortion. God will be their judge. I, also, must give credit to young girls and single women who carry their children to term and offer them up for adoption. Just as much credit goes to those women who decide to keep their newborn. This takes great love and courage. Those of you who have heard of Tim Tebow know that his mother was advised to abort him to save her life. There is a place for them in God’s house. I have spoken with many women over the years that have had an abortion and without exception, they all expressed regret and feelings of guilt. As I have stated, the only judge for an abortion is God. No man or woman has the right to judge.
This country has had approximately 70 million abortions. Within that number, is there a Dr Salk, Dr Ben Carson, a George Washington, an Abe Lincoln, or an Einstein? Probably. The 2024 presidential election is upon us and may be close. The democrats have a platform that makes abortion the centerpiece of this election. They couch it as preserving a woman’s reproductive rights. They support this stance calling themselves pro-choice. The only choice is either death or birth. Abortion kills children. In some states if a criminal kills a pregnant woman, they are charged with a double homicide. Mamy Americans support adoption as a solution to an unwanted pregnancy. There are more couples that would adopt than there are children to adopt. That is why many couples go overseas to adopt. Know that the democrats express no morality or any position referring to God. They are true secularists. They want to support abortion on demand and Trump hate as their campaign platform. Disgusting!
Hopefully, women will understand that abortion is not the most important issue in this election. No one can condemn any woman who for her own reasons elects an abortion. Abortions are not banned. Again, only God can judge any woman who elects an abortion. Also, don’t condemn conservatives who support the preservation of any life. Those of us who understand that this election will determine whether this constitutional republic survives, can only hope that women will support America First conservative candidates. Let’s get beyond personality and focus on policies. Also, no one is stopping any woman who elects to receive an abortion. Let’s hope there is some divine intervention in this election and good overcomes evil.
